Ariel our inspector was great he arrived at the property before we did . He was already inspecting the outside when we arrived . He was very patient and informative . He took he time to explain everything and we received our report back in a few hours after the inspection .

Sherwood Inspections exceeded expectations. As an operations manager, I first got in contact with them to find out if there were able to do the type of inspection I was looking for, for my center. The person who answered was very kind and informative - I explained the urgency and I was scheduled an inspection two days later. The inspector was incredibly informative, explaining what he was doing, what we were seeing, the proper measures to take, and showing discretion when talking about concerns. I am only halfway through the process, but this company has been great thus far with information, and communication.

The engagement the Home Inspector had with the Buyer was one of the best I have experienced. Explained everything in details and my client walked away feeling he learned so much.
