First Time Home Buyer here. I was a bit overwhelmed with doing all this stuff. I had no idea what to do, so what did I do ? I jumped on Google and did a home inspection search and boom 💥 sherwood inspection services popped up and first thing I did was check the reviews and I was convinced that this was the company for me .I called got a quote and it was great for me quick fast in a jiffy my appointment was set. My Inspector Erik P. did a great job on the inspection of the house. He was very thorough with the in person inspection with first going through the exterior of the building before moving to the inside and doing a top down approach. Throughout the inspection he offered his insight on what he was observing and what would be needed to resolve the problems or any maintenance that would be needed. Erik stayed for additional time to ensure that the inspection was completed and thorough as well as ensuring that all of my questions were answered. Less than 24 hours after the inspection Eric had the written inspection over to me with immense details resulting in the report being over 50 pages! The major points of the inspection were summarized in the first few pages and were cited to the later sections of the article for better details.
