Sherwood Inspections exceeded mine and my realtors expectations. From the moment I got on the phone with Tye It was easy and straight forward. Tye was informative with what the inspection is for and the different packages they had available. Tye was able to give a quote in a few minutes and we were able to schedule right away. The day of inspection Michelle was there early, already taking pictures of the outside of the house when we pulled up. She introduced herself and had a warm comforting demeanor. When we got out of the car there was a yellow jacket nest and immediately Michelle said we should get a spray to get rid of them so my wife went to pick up a bottle and when she got back Michelle sprayed the nest herself. He arrived at our inspection early. Despite the pouring rain, he performed the exterior inspection with perfect professionalism, extremely thorough and proficient.
