Dwight was very thorough and professional. He clearly explained the process and each item that he would be putting in the inspection report. Inspector Todd Disston showed up on time. Provided water & snacks! Did a very thorough inspection. Gave a detailed explanation to the buyers w recommendations. Afterwards followed up immediately with a detailed report. I will definitely be referring Todd Disston to my Clients moving forward!!! Very Professional Class Act!!!
