My inspection was completed by Michelle Goodrich, who is the absolute best of the best. She was incredibly knowledgeable and did an amazing job breaking down everything in terms I could understand. She gave me tips and tricks on how to handle different maintenance and situations, as well as what to look out for in different areas of the house. She was basically a little home guru for me as homeowner who doesn’t have a lot of familiarity with Wood Destroying Insects, roofs, insulation, electrical work, foundations, cellars, etc. She was quick and efficient. The owner of SIS also stopped by during the inspection to introduce himself, which was a nice touch.
