We hired Sherwood inspection services for an inspection on a home we are in the process of purchasing. Michelle Goodrich completed the inspection for us. She was extremely thorough, professional and walked us through the whole process. She was knowledgeable and made us feel like no question was a wrong question. By the time she was complete she left us feeling at ease with knowing the condition of the home. I highly suggest Sherwood Inspections and Michelle for any inspections you may be in need of.

Services completed by Michelle - Fully home inspection with free termite and wood destroying insect inspection, Well, Water, Mold, Radon.

For Septic Inspection, we had Ian Glanovsky. He was very professional and walked us through the whole septic inspection prior to leaving. Highly recommend using Ian for any and all Septic inspections you may have.

The inspector discovered an array of important issues with the house we wanted to buy. Some were more minor, but one was not. We were able to weigh the risks and make an informed decision that ultimately led us to terminate the buying agreement. We are back to looking for a house. When we find one, we will definitely use Sherwood Inspection Services again!
