He has an amazing reserved demeanor but direct with extensive knowledge making sure you understand all the components in the home and what exact steps need to be done to secure your purchase in the now and future. I am a first time home buyer an Carl eased my nerves with how knowledgeable he was and the patients to make sure I understood everything he addressed even giving me a mini verbal quiz at the end to make sure I understood the main focal points.
