She emphasized from the start that she was there on my behalf, that she was working for me and had no other interest. Michelle was extremely detailed and thorough. Our realtor recommended I call and ask for Michelle. I am so thrilled I did! Michelle arrived on time and immediately laid out what the process was going to be. I have a small house (almost 1200 sq ft) and she spent almost two hours going over every inch of the property inside and out. She then spent an additional hour going over every single thing and made sure to lay out what was critical, upgradeable and things to be aware of. EXTREMELY knowledgeable and professional.
