Jay is amazing! He took time to throughly explain the process, how components of the house worked, and welcomed all of my questions.
Every nook and cranny was examined and any concerns he had located were explained in terms I could understand. He is professional, knowledgeable, and personable.

There was no rushing, no pressure to add on services and a detailed report was sent to me the next day.
The booking team was friendly and responsive as well. Great company and happy my realtor suggested them.
