I really appreciated how thorough James was during the inspection. He answered all of my many questions and explained to me the many different aspects of owning a home. As a first-time home buyer, I feel much more prepared and empowered after having spent an entire morning (4 hours) with James. It's comforting to know that I've seen the bones of the house that I am about to purchase, and the education I gained was money well spent.

Roger was very thorough with the inspection. He periodically asked if we had any questions and explained everything in detail. The best part was that Roger was very welcoming and made sure that we were a top priority. His skill set was well beyond expected with 20+ years experience. My wife and I used SIS for our first home, and was very pleased with that inspection. We just recently bought a new home and SIS came thru with another great job. Jeremy is a wonderful wealth of knowledge, and his conscientious nature made the inspection process educational which put my mind at ease and lessened the stress of purchasing real estate. Jeremy was patient as my family ran thru the house to explore as a new home. His dry humor kept us entertained as he worked methodically thru the house to make inspections in each area and on every subject matter. Clear concise explanations, and down to earth advice. SIS is an important party to have on board when buying a new home. And as a big Homeland fan (TV show on Shotime), the fact that Jeremy has a strong resemblance to Mandy Patinkin called for a 6 star review! But Google only allows 5, so 5 stars it is. My inspector was James Piro, he was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing in great detail. He also did not hesitate to answer any questions I had, even questions about future renovations that were outside the scope of the inspection. I would highly recommend SIS for anyone looking to get an inspiration.

Inspections can be stressful for clients and as an agent it was refreshing to see the inspectors so intuitive to the client's needs. The inspectors had snacks for everybody and answered any questions before,during and after the inspection. The administrators handling the reports went above and beyond for my personal requests- Meron was very helpful! I recommend this service to any buyers' agents who won a thorough inspection for their clients

Both Chris and Rich were very knowledgeable and helpful when inspecting my 8 unit apartment building. They were very willing to point things out and explain potential concerns onsite. the Inspection report was very detailed and included pictures and description of any issues.
