He explained important features of the house to me, and was willing to answer any questions that I had. The report he provided was great. It lists the findings that were considered the most critical first, and then provided a detailed description and picture of the other findings on the property. Sherwood was great. I had the pleasure of James performing the inspection over the house I am purchasing.
