Luann Blair met with us for an extensive amount of time. We were doing applications for Advantage Plans for both my husband and I. I am on a large number of medications. She told me about Patient Assistance Programs for my expensive medications so that I will receive the medications directly from the manufacturers for free because I can't afford them. I just received notification today that I am approved. We were in contact multiple times by phone, text and email. Luann went above and beyond the call of duty!! I feel like I have a new friend!
