I called to ask a question and the person who answered the phone was very short like I was bothering him. He was in a hurry to hang the phone up. You’re in the business to help seniors get medical insurance. It was my first year on Medicare and didn’t know the process when renewing for the new year. Otherwise, the person who signed me up in the middle of the year was very pleasant.

The service was excellent. Barry Kantrowitz was flexible in meeting with my wife and I. We are very pleased with explanations of the options to consider and of our final selection. Thank you Barry!
