It was 1998 when Lichell Isaac turned her home into a licensed daycare. Ever since, Shell’s Child Care has sprouted as quickly as the little learners it serves. Just two years later, the first Shell’s Child Care Center opened. As many as eight locations have served Delaware and Maryland families ever since. She’s also a mom of four, including twins–proving her hands-on finesse and propensity for multi-tasking!

My experience with Shell’s has been great. My twins have learned a lot compared to another daycare they previously attended. I’m really thankful for this daycare and so glad that I chose this center. I look forward to my twins learning more and this daycare center working with my kids. This daycare rocks!

Shell’s has been my saving grace. I’ve toured so many daycares in the area and each one gave me reasons for doubt. I toured Shell’s and they accepted my 3 year old same day! So intentional, and great with kids! My Velcro baby is usually attached to my hip, but she loved it here from day one and even looks forward to going to “school”!
