Shamrock Auto Repair

Had my rv towed to Shamrock based on gaps reviews. Found hours on web didn't match posted, and posted hours were ignored. After 1 1/2 days with no response, no one on phone to answer, owner come in. Was able to retrieve key and towed rv to another shop.

He has had this vehicle for over a month. He keeps making excuses why it's not done. Now he I making it hard for me to get it back from him by not being here when he said he would for yet another emergency. He even admitted he shouldn't have taken the car. I just want it back to take it home. He just wants to price gouge.

My 1993 Roadtrek quit completely on the interstate just south of Belen. I called John's shop because on google he was the only mechanic open late on a Saturday afternoon. He not only assisted with getting me a prompt tow, he fixed my engine problem expediently and fairly. As a single woman traveling alone this meant a great deal to me. Thanks John! You deserve more than 5 stars.

I limped in to this shop with a blown transmission. He had me fixed and on the road in 3 days. One of which was a Sunday. John is fair and honest. I’m appreciative of how I was treated and the expedience of how quickly he got me back on the road with a very fair price. Thank you shamrock!

Loved the service.. super professional.. super knowledgeable he knows what he's doing.. he goes above and beyond .. my truck stopped working last week and he helped me with the tow to take to his shop... Once there he looked for the problem and unfortunately it was a high cost problem .. no other mechanic was able to pinpoint the problem and just kept charging me for other services promising it would work.. i did not fix it and i was able to leave my truck there for a tow to take it to my hometown.. he never charged me for the favor.. and now I absolutely trust him.. I bought another truck and took it for a check see if it's working good.. and he detailed checked it ... So trustworthy and reliable I will keep using you even when my hometown is 4/3 hrs away .. thank you !!
