DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER HIRING THESE PEOPLE!! RUN, RUN AWAY!! We had an electrical fire in our attached garage that charred the drywall. A minuscule amount of soot got into our house. And when I say minimal, I mean less than a little bit of dust. We hired Serv pro (BIG MISTAKE) before we left town for work to start the clean up process. They removed EVERY piece of fabric from my house and sent it away for cleaning (TOTALLY UNNECESSARY!!) all of my belongings were gone for months and brought back in an unorganized, discombobulated mess. They took forever to do everything. My house was totally normal before I left and when I came back it was a disaster and not even close to being clean. They took everything out of the garage (the stuff that actually needed cleaning) and brought most of it back uncleaned piled in garbage bags!!
