Servpro came in to work on our water damage in our house. The didn't show up for a couple days in the middle of their job and never told us they weren't going to be there. In one of the walls where it was obvious that water had ran into it due to a hole in the floor above, they weren't even going to check it and thought it was good enough, and sure enough after I had them pull it out, they found the water had run in there.

They were also careless about our belongings, putting breakable items on ledges and just stuffing them anywhere they could. When they packed our items they stacked them so poorly that they damaged several pieces of furniture. When this was brought to their attention they tried to deny it even with overwhelming proof. Think twice before you call them and I would suggest going to the next one in the phone book. DO NOT USE THEM. Read more >
