I hope no one else has a disaster and needs ServPro. But if you do, don't hesitate to call them. We were SO happy to see them at 4:00 in the morning with water flowing everywhere. The number one benefit was their knowledge of what needed to be done, such as cutting holes in the walls and ceiling and tearing up flooring before turning on the fans. I am confident there will be no mold anywhere. The second benefit was their positive attitude of being happy to help, even at 4:00 a.m. The third benefit was their connections with those who provide services. They were honest up front that it could take months before everything was back together, which we appreciated. With the difficulties everyone is having with workers, supplies and too much work, (and our being gone for three weeks) the time frame was reasonable.
