I have had ServPro of Brandon at my house for 2 different water damages. Both times, everything was great! Everyone met me on time and was very knowledgable. They made the process very easy for me as a customer. They worked around my schedule and were in and out in a very short amount of time. Terrible experience! ServPro of Brandon will come to your house, take the total square footage of each room and provide you with a quote. However, when they return to clean they will not move any furniture or clean under any beds, dressers, chairs, couches, etc. This is not disclosed at the time of the quote. Basically, they charge you to clean 100% of your carpet, but then actually only clean the 50% of the carpet they can access without bending down or touching/moving anything. Who only wants part of their carpets cleaned? NOT ME! Every other carpet cleaning company I've dealt with puts all furniture up on blocks so that the area underneath can be accessed and cleaned. Find another, honest company to clean your carpets.
