We had the first floor of our home flood due to a overflowing toilet. After contacting our insurance company ServPro was at our house within 1.5 hours. The timing was excellent considering we live about a hour from them. Richard & Patrick arrived the first day. They were incredibly professional & hard working. Within two hours they had the flooring out and fans put out to dry the concrete. They answered all questions we had and addressed any concerns. Davie has been coming out to check the fans he too is very professional and thorough. The service we have received has been exceptional. Although we never want anything like this to happen again we would definitely use them if needed.
