What a bunch of clowns.
I had a roof leak and had damage to ceiling and walls. I had them come over and provide an estimate for water remediation.
The estimate they provided was just a very basic description of what they would do. When asked for more details, they never responded. Against my gut, I figured they knew what they were doing and scheduled them to come out and do the work. The day it was supposed to happen, I get a call asking if someone can come out to give me a more detailed estimate. At that point, I knew I was in trouble since they apparently had no idea they were supposed to come out and actually do the work today. They scramble and send two guys over who spend about 15 minutes here and then come out and say "everything is dry already and there is nothing we can do". I tell him, I called you guys here to also make sure I don't have any mold to...

I highly recommend SERVPRO of Brandon. We had ceiling damage after flooding rains in our area. SERVPRO showed up promptly at the time they said, had all necessary equipment and knowledge to get everything dried, came back multiple times during this process, and explained everything that was being done. Amazing customer service!!

I can't speak highly enough of this team! Aliyah was not only professional but patient and pleasant. She walked me through the process and helped to me understand and navigate through my home emergency. Charity as well was more than pleasant and extremely helpful! It's always hard when you have to invite strangers into your home. Especially when it's a difficult situation such as it being flooded out! I was completely comfortable with having this entire team in my home and could not have asked for better service! Professional, prompt, courteous and kind! I would definitely recommend and use them again for any of my home needs!
