I had to get my basement restored after it flooded and was referred to Service Master Restore! All the workers were very polite and professional as they came into my home to get the job done. I was connected to Josh from Repairs and he was on top with staying in touch with me at all times and updating me on the steps to come, he was also great with following up making sure I was satisfied with the workers and the job that was being done. I was very satisfied with the whole experience and the job that was done!

Matt Logan and Stephen were all extremely nice, respectful and professional. They listened to all my concerns and were efficient, great team!

Great service and knowledgeable employees! Highly recommend them!

If I could add more stars I would. I had a smoke smell and film from a pan & contents burning on the stove top. ServiceMaster was at my home within two hours and right on the schedule they gave me. They were polite, respectful and caring. They were there to help not runup a bill. After the free inspection they gave me some "do it your self" suggestions. If I wanted to try them and it worked out to my satisfaction that would be great if not they would come back and take over.
In this company's name "Service" should be in all capital letters.
Good luck to the competitors trying to keep up.

We found ServiceMaster Restoration after we were left high and dry by another restoration company. I now know it was a blessing in disguise. This is a great company. They are great at communication which is huge for me especially when we were 3 1/2 hours away from the job. They are great at keeping you in the loop of progress. They answered every text, call or concerns. They never hesitated when we added to the list. "Ryan" whom we personally worked with is a master at trim and shiplap, and really takes pride in his work. Their pricing is fair and they deliver what they say and then some. If you are unlucky to have walked into a disaster or lucky enough to be renovating don't hesitate to use this company, I know we won't. Thank You ServiceMaster for putting our home back together, it turned out beautiful!

ServiceMaster saved the day. I put a load of laundry in, got in the shower, and when I got out.....The prompt response saved a lot of damage from occurring. Water rushed down the walls into the basement and damaged only 100 sq. ft. of insulation in the ceiling. No drywall issues because the number of fans and dehumidifiers dried everything out completely. Easy to work with, too! Coordination with the insurance company left me without worries. I recommend using ServiceMaster without reservations.
