Subcontractors did a great job and would hire THEM in the future. Insurance claim on house was overinflated and random item lines for stuff not needed. Had to argue over flooring warranty, to make sure proper material purchased. Was scolded and told that I could not talk with subcontractors about the estimate(questions about when they would do certain things, that they were not going to do and ended up not doing, and overall price). Would not hire them again and star rating only because of subcontractors that did the work. Only hired them from start because preferred company with insurance company. No matter if they do the work in the estimate or not the price will not change. Was told that directly by the contractor.
