I had a blockage in a line which led to the bathtub backing up out of our toilet and all over my carpet in a living room and storage area. I didn't know what to expect when they said they would pack up all of our belongings. They were extremely careful, packing everything up in boxes, and wrapping breakables. They labeled all of the boxes and moved everything into my garage. They ordered a storage pod and then moved everything again into the pod. They were extremely careful and cautious with our belongings. The tore out all of the carpet and flooring in the bathroom and dried everything out very well. They were very professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a flooded crawlspace situation as a result of some bad plumbing. Unfortunately I didn't catch this early and had a giant problem on my hands. I called another company first, and they said that they basically needed to knock down a wall of my house to fix it, as well as gave me no followup, and generally a bad attitude.

I called Brian and his team at Service Master on recommendation from our plumber and got an immediate response. They provided me with a solution and a prompt quote emailed to me. They helped drain and clean the crawlspace, as well as fixed insulation and other issues. The team was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They fabricated a new door for access to the crawlspace as well, since they needed to widen the access to get their machines into the crawlspace. Service Master did a great job on my grout. The look in my dinning room has done a complete 180. From this dark brown color back to the originial color of white. Now i can be proud of my ceramic tile again.

Service Master was amazing in my recent event when I had a pipe burst. They have sympathy for the home owner and do not take advantage of a bad situation. They make sure your home is left safe and in as good or better condition then when they arrived. I thank you all at Service Master for your help.

Was absolutely horrible. Lies, and more lies. We had a house fire and were told we couldn't be there. Only to find out from our landlord, as he touched base with the town, that in fact, we could inhabit the house. This lie, I am assuming, had been told because these people never worked on the restoration on a daily basis. I know this because I have been here at the house for the last week. If a home is not inhabitable the town must issue a red sticker on the outside of the house stating so. I am extremely disgusted. They had removed drapes and carpets and boxed our cupboard goods, which I didn't know were in the way because the fire was in the living room, not kitchen The moment the land lord told them that they would no longer be needed to complete the job....you would had thought that they themselves, Service Master would appear, immediatley that very day, to claim their...

They will do a great job of drying out your basement. However if you have air movers and a dehumidifier, save yourself $2000, and do it yourself. Don't end up with a severe case of buyer's remorse like I did.
