Had servicemaster out to clean our carpets and they did a great job. They were even able to get red wine out of some carpet that is very light and had been there for a long time. Highly recommend!

The entire ServiceMaster crew team did a fantastic job after our basement flooded due backed up drains. Nate and the first response team were extremely responsive and dedicated to getting the water out and basement cleaned out as soon as possible. Brian and the construction crew were committed to doing the project and doing it right. The teams were responsive, communication was timely, open and honest. Though circumstances were not great, the team was understanding and respectful of our home, schedule and overall project.

Service Master is completing a remodel for me in our commercial building. Our basement was flooded with raw sewage from the toilet. We called the day of and were told that we would have people come the next day from 830 to 930. Well no one showed up, we called 3 different times and every time we were told we would get a call back, never did. So when we called the last time to explain our situation we finally got a call from the service worker. He told us he was in the area and it would cost $2,800 just to rent the drying equipment. We asked if he could still come. He never showed up, greatly disappointed with this company, not just a rip off, but left us hanging. Don't tell them you have insurance, because they are greatly interested how much money you are getting and will price accordingly.

Brian Fuson came to my home and gave me AWESOME service! He was extremely professional! I was contacted immediately after I called for water damage repair and arrived the very next day! I have had Service Master do several services for me.....they clean vents, as well as clean carpets! I know that they use amazing equipment and learn the correct process to us on the newer carpets so that they don't hurt the yarn structure!
