Noticed a flooded base in the evening. Called Frank at Servicemaster, and he walked me through things on thd phone. Next morning he and Kenny’s crew were out. Had everything cleaned up and drying out within hours. Their dryers abc dehumidifier stayed the weekend, and Kenny and his man were back at thd time he promised. Did a final clean which took less than 2 hours.
Everyone involved was understanding and courteous. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Midland Country Club experienced a contained fire in February of 2022. The team was here before the fire department left with a dozen helpers and two managers with equipment. Over the course of the next few days we had over thirty (30) Service Master employees cleaning every area of the clubhouse and using the latest in technology (air scrubbers, ozone machines) to safe our beautiful building’s carpet, furnishing, textiles and artwork from any smoke damage. We were 100% back to normal in a matter of days. This team was extremely professional, courteous and on top of communication and anticipating our needs. I would recommend Service Master to anyone who needs restoration assistance after an emergency.

I am writing this letter to initialize another formal complaint earmarking your unsatisfactory workmanship/work spreadsheets[you submitted to Ins. company & received payment for repair/replace, materials listed not present nor repaired or replaced or completed] while renovation after house fire.
Customer[home owner & policy holder] has been denied a copy of said contract between policy holder & ServiceMaster after multiple times requested.
I am discussing briefly & highlighting the problems below.
1st. poor quality of materials highly unsatisfactory: floors have already begun to separate [hazard: tripping] same is with the countertop/ chipping/separating from base material.
2nd. HVAC system left separated not connected throughout the home/ never cleaned/sanitized even though ServiceMaster received payment.
Demand reimbursements.

We had a huge leak in the walls that started in the upstairs bathroom and lead to the bathroom directly below. My husband and I are newly married, and in our first home. Needless to say we had no idea what to do when we saw the extent of water damage. A plumber recommended Service Masters and they came out that day to do an inspection. This was a huge project and I had no idea how to navigate insurance etc. Service Masters went above and beyond, not only in mitigation demolition and remodeling, but answering any question I had about insurance, plumbing issues, everything! They even contacted my insurance agent a few time for me. If it wasn’t for them, I don’t know what we would have done. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, responsible, and very very good at what they do!! (As you can see in the before and after photos) I could go on and on...

ServiceMaster did an outstanding job of cleaning and restoration of my sister's home. As a Conservator for my sister and living a couple hours away from the home, Service Master's communication, timeliness and reponsiveness was more than I could ask for. I highly, highly recommend them!!

Seriously hands down best company I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with Rick made the whole process so stress free and 100 percent of the time available for random and all questions worked right with our insurance agent! I cannot even express how thankful we are to have such a great company taking care of us! I didn’t get all the staffs names but one of the women Shelby was absolutely fantastic too always open to questions and so very polite!!! All the staff was truly incredible these are just two that I really was able to talk with a little extra. If you need anything call this company! You will not regret it! Along with being so genuine and kind they do absolutely the best job at making home, home again after a tragedy. Thank you again so much to all our friends at service master!

I cannot thank Shawn W. and the rest of the ServiceMaster team enough for the work they recently did on our home. We had some water damage and my wife and I are both extremely busy and not very experienced with how to work through insurance on damage. Shawn communicated clearly and often on next steps and coordinated pretty much everything. I don't know how we would have managed through this without his help. In addition, there were other team members (sorry I didn't get all their names), two for initial demo and dryer setup, one to periodically check on drying, and two for final cleanup and every single person to a t was on time exactly when they said they would be here, professional, informative, and very nice. I don't wish the stress of home damage on anyone, but if it happens to you, make sure to call the team at ServiceMaster they are amazing at what they do!
