ServiceMaster by Fuson - Midland

If I could give less than a 1 staring would. Came out 1 week after having a hole in my roof, "patched" that hole. Tore out half of my ceiling- left warped drooping ceiling there, told me not to use my ceiling light or fan, but left it intact which I don't get if it had water damage and it wasn't safe to use, why didn't that come down. So, 1 week in having a giant dehumidifier and 4 industrial fans in my bathroom attached to my bedroom, I come home and the patch job is just pouring through my ceiling onto one of the fans. I call the guy, he says, o it'll be fine just keep the fans and dehumidifier going, so I do. Then after 11 days, they come and pick up their equipment and in less than 36 hours later guess what, yup, my roof is raining inside my house for 4 days now. My insurance adjuster wants to send the same company out, I told him 3 patch jobs from one...

Job well done.

ServiceMaster took my call late on a Sunday afternoon and showed up the next day in a timely manner. The project manager, Jeremy, was extremely responsive, helpful and professional. The two technicians, Tanner and Khoa, were prompt and completed the drying out phase of the project quickly and went beyond to accommodate. I would highly recommend them.

Service Master of Midland, Michigan did a fantastic job. Basement flooded after 40 years of living here. We had tons of "stuff" down there. Needless to say it was a mess and a big job. The people that came here were all quality people. I take my hat off to Aaron, Rick, Jeremy and the entire Team. The Basement is better than it was before the flood, Thank You so Much!
A couple months after everything was done Rick sent 4 of the nicest Big Dudes you can imagine to move the Pool Table, I couldn't lift one of the feet off the floor even a millimeter. I thought they would need more help but no problem.
They certainly go the extra mile to get everything as perfect as possible. Hopefully we will never have another disaster like this but if we ever do I will most definitely call The Service Master Pros!
