The level of communication was excellent. They were willing to answer any questions I had, and they were reasonable and informed with their suggestions. They always communicated to me why they were doing what they were doing, and they were very knowledgeable and willing to work with me and my specific needs. Their services were extremely reasonably priced and they were able to help me set up a great payment plan. The actual placement of the flooring is of outstanding quality. They managed to get my whole project done in a day and even stayed later than they intended when issues arose to make the necessary accommodations.
