Kerry was a life saver! She narrowed down places to visit and came with to ask questions we had forgotten. She helped make my mom and I comfortable with the process! Our family had the opportunity to work with Rebecca. She was amazing. We were in desperation mode after our father, who has Alzheimer's, had fallen twice in one day at a memory care unit (Travanse in Grayslake) and was hospitalized. We had planned to move our father to a new memory care location - Victory Lakes in Lake Villa. He was all set, so we thought, to leave the hospital and the day before he was to be discharged, late afternoon, the Victory Lakes representative came to his room and told us that they no longer had a room for him (this was after telling us they had a room for him). We asked if he could be put on a waiting list and they said they would not be able to accommodate him at all. We were devastated to say the least.
