I want to thank Kerry Quirin, from Senior Living Experts. Since January 2020, Kerry has been working closely with me to find my Mother a memory Care/Assisted Living Facility in the Western Suburbs. It's important to note that I specifically asked for those that also had Medicade. The search lead us to Saratoga Grove in Downers Grove, IL. The staff there welcomed me fro day one. My Mother is in a financial crunch. Her home is about to be listed. I was concerned that after she gets settled in, and her home hasn't sold yet, what then? They were able to work with me, and keep my Mother there until it sells. That sealed the deal for me.

Our advisor, Kerry, did a stellar job. Explaining Supportive Living and senior services, quickly accessing our needs, advising good options, and arranging visits/tours/interviews to evaluate these. We ended up having multiple good choices and a favorite, which is where we landed in short order. Very pleased overall.

It was great working with Kerry & Senior Living Experts. She jumped into action when we needed help on short notice. This included outside of normal work hours. Kerry's advice and knowledge of the local facilities was so helpful. I would highly recommend.

I cannot imagine how I would have found such a perfect place for my 90-year-old mother without Kerry's help. Years ago, I used A Place for Mom to find an assisted-living facility for my wheelchair-bound father (ironically). Their rep suggested places in other states, places that smelled, and places that had inadequate services to offer.
Kerry met with us, listened to Mom's wants and needs, put together a list of places, arranged virtual appointments, and answered my many questions quickly, and clearly. She even negotiated away the entry fee!
