Sherri helped me find my perfect home. I was house-hunting in Texas while living in another state, in a different time zone. She was willing to accommodate my needs, conducting house viewings/tours over FaceTime or FB calls, graciously using the phone camera to show me around each place so that I could see the properties as she walked around. Sherri's knowledge and expertise was very helpful during the offer(s) process. She provides a lot of the standard information (comps, etc.) but was also a helpful thought partner and was willing to jump on the phone to talk through any questions I had. The past few years, Sherri provided information to help with my protests regarding appraisal value & property tax increases. All she asked was I remember her in any future real estate endeavors. This year, I emailed Sherri & asked if she could assist in providing information about some property. Within 40 mins, she replied about setting up a showing. In the next 20 mins, she provided information & field notes. Over the next day, Sherri emailed several times & spoke with me via phone.
