Sherri helped us sell our property in 2017. She worked very hard to get us the best price, going as far as attending city meetings to ascertain the zoning of our property. She is wonderful!!

Sherri did the usual market research, staging, postings, etc., but what was made her standout was she directly addressed the main item that was making the house difficult to sell and worked w/me on beautifying it and making it standout as an architectural art piece and a place to relax. It was like we were on HGTV's Yard Crash and I think it contributed to the sale. Her willingness to get so involved and get her hands dirty made her stand out!
