Very thorough inspection. Even though this was for a new construction home, we wanted to be sure we had a professional inspection done. John and his team performed a comprehensive inspection covering every nook and cranny inside and outside of the home, finding some things that certainly would've caused trouble and grief down the road. Well worth the cost of the services and will gladly use him again.

John did the inspection for our new home. He was extremely thorough and explained features that needed our builder to look into. We are grateful that he was able to fit us in on short notice and his report was available within just a couple of days. HIGHLY recommend using Secure Inspection Services for your home inspection needs! We were recommended to use their services by our realtor and we were highly satisfied. You can tell John takes his time to make sure every inch of your home is looked at. The report of our home we received was incredibly detailed with photos, divided by levels of importance along with detailed explanations and recommendations. We also had a mold inspection where a significant leak creating mold was found and John was quick with the results/report and gave great recommendations for the remediation. We had very thorough communication with John and we are very grateful for his attention to detail during our first home buying process! We would absolutely use them again in the future.

Secure Inspections inspected our new home prior to them putting up the drywall and prior to us moving in. They inspected to the fullest level. They were in contact with our Contractor and issued a report of any discrepancies and all items were repaired. It's wonderful to know that when we moved in that there would not be any problems.
