I've used Sean for my case in 2015-2016 and again in 2017-2020. My recent case made it to trial and Sean was very prepared and touched on all the strong points needed to ensure we had a successful trial. I am more than satisfied with Sean and his team and if it weren't for them, I don't think my case would've had such a great outcome.

Updated: although we did not fully get the outcome we truly believe should have back when we hired him in 2012 with the situation and circumstances from Mr. Smallwood’s work on our case. He did reach out to provide the documents we had asked for to see where the funds went & although I still believe our representation should have ended with better & more results as he had called it a “slam dunk case” at the first meeting, I now believe his intentions and understanding has dramatically changed at the new reviews he has received.

Had some general questions about custody of my daughter, child support, and many other general topics when it comes to family cases . Mr. Smallwood was able to give me his undivided attention. Sean Smallwood and his team are by far the best family attorneys in Orlando, if not the country. Sean’s team was able to help me during the most difficult time of my life. I went from not seeing my kids at all for 3 months to a 50/50 timeshare and it started the next day.
