Overall, our experience with Seal Smart was a good one. Our sales person was on time, informative, knowledgeable and professional. He was available for questions at any time.
The technician who applied the product was on time, neat and tidy, careful when taping our windows and doors, very pleasant and professional. He worked very hard and had to work alone, as the company was short handed. He did a great job.
The only component I was unhappy with was the scheduling process. Due yo weather and low staffing, it took 3 times to finally get a date set. This was handled by the Chicago arm of the business and this was a bit frustrating at times.
So far, however, we are very happy with our deck, how it looks and how the product is performing to date.

It wasn't good! I contacted the company to seal the concrete on my patio before the screens were installed for a screen porch. What I wanted and told I was going to get was a penetrating sealant that would allow foods spilled on the concrete to be cleaned up easily and thoroughly - similar to having something bead up when spilled.
This isn't the case at all. The concrete grasps and keeps stains and there is no difference in the ease of keeping it clean before or after the application. When I contacted the company who did the work, I was told by the receptionist that it would be a few days before someone could get back to me. 2 weeks later, I hadn't been contacted, so I called the "parent' company. After talking with a very helpful lady there, I found out that what I purchased was simply a "strengthener" of the concrete, and wouldn't help with any staining....

Everything was handled in a very professional manner. Scheduling all went as planned and was finished on time. The personnel did an excellent job, went above and beyond, and I would recommend their services.
