The first clue I had was when both appointments to set up service were late, supposedly because someone in the office wrote the times down wrong. We are extremely disappointed in both service and goods provided by Seal Smart. We were looking for a company that could make our deck look new and they assured us both at the Springfield homes show and in our home that they could. That when they cleaned the deck it would remove the discoloration and our grey wood would look almost new. That their product would seal the wood and we would not have to do anything to it but wash it occasionally for 25 years. What a scam. Our deck looks the same as it did prior to their “treatment “. Grey weathered wood. We wished we would have saved the extra $600 and had Wood ReNew come and make our deck beautiful. It appears we paid a large sum to have our deck power washed, which we could have done...

I met with Seal Smart to see if they could seal my front porch so as to prevent further leakage into my basement, which is situated under the porch. Their representative viewed the porch and the basement, and adamantly assured me that their sealant could fix the leaky porch. They sent two men to perform the sealant work. They spent 40 minutes applying the sealant. After the first rainfall, there was absolutely no change; the sealant had done nothing to prevent water from leaking into my basement. What a waste of $1,200! What’s worse—Seal Smart will do nothing to make things right. No refund—no attempt to fix the problem—not even an apology for making a promise they couldn’t deliver on. What a terrible way to do business.

Seal Smart did a fantastic job prepping and preparing for installation on our wood deck. They took their time and I was very pleased with attention to detail as well as the outcome.

The two men that did the work were very good at their job I just don’t feel the amount I paid was worth how my deck turned out. I was mislead by the man that I bought the job from. I would not recommend this process to my friends you are welcome to come view my desk

I have a relatively new concrete patio being horribly stained by seeds and berries that constantly fall on it. I contracted for Ryan Binkley (Indiana location) to clean and coat the patio. He did a meticulous job of cleaning the patio from stains, and sealed both the concrete patio and limestone steps. Phenomenal. The small cracks that had started in the concrete have been stopped, and the new coloration from the berries simply washes away. I won't ever have concrete that I don't seal this way in the future. -Rob Bush

Was not satisfied with the results
The rep said it would look like it did when it was new. It does look better but still weathered gray and not at all like when it was new. Very expensive and I would not recommend
