I have a cement front porch that leaks into my basement. I asked Seal Smart if they could treat the porch to stop the leaking. Their representative looked at the porch and the basement and assured me that their treatment would fix the problem. It didn’t. Not even a little. When I asked for either a remedy that would work or a refund, they gave me neither and said the warranty did not cover this job. They made no attempt to make things right with me. I would not recommend this company.

The workers were very professional and skilled. My patio porch looks brand new. We are very pleased with your product.

The crew arrived right on time and worked efficiently. They were very pleasant and even helped me move a heavy table (not in their job description but they realized I was by myself and graciously helped).
They explained the process and what needed to happen for it to cure, that it turned some areas white and how to check on things until it thoroughly cured.

They left some paperwork explaining the process again with phone numbers if I had further questions.
They reminded me the warranty was transferrable, which I had forgotten.

I am very pleased with the estimator who came and the crew who performed the work. Five stars! I'm enjoying my worry free preserved deck and stairs!

Mostly feel duped .... the salesman promises the moon and said they wouldn't use our water but the installer did fill his tank up w my water both times ... the fella doin the work said the salesmen always do that and that he can't do it... the cleaning of my deck was interrupted by rain/lightening so he came back 2 weeks later and was supposed to reclean and finish cleaning ... round 2 was super fast and was hurried .. truly didn't feel like it was worth the money spent .. don't feel like enough product was used .. he had a new fella spraying it on w no direction and seems like it wasn't thorough .. I feel like the installer was over booked and too hurried ... a lot of money spent for a hurried job and I don't know if it was done correctly or not ... I would not recommend it for anyone else if they asked
