My husband and I are THRILLED with the incredible results of our deck after SEAL SMART power washed it and then applied the 25 year guaranteed sealer. For 30 years I have power washed the deck and applied Thompson's Water Sealer every year. Those days are long gone! Not only do I not need to apply a wood sealer, their product penetrates into the wood and protects it from rotting so the life of our deck increased substantially.

If you have issues they will not take care of it

my deck was 6 months old with treated lumber . they sealed it . 5 yrs later the boards are all rotten.
plus they used the water out of my swimming pool. I asked them if the chemicals would affect the product , he said oh no. Well something did.
