They will lie to get your business then destroy your property. DO NOT use this business. We had them “clean and seal” our brand new driveway. It was completely flawless until they touched it. Now the concrete is full of holes and pockmarks. They need to be shutdown! You will regret ever speaking to them.

We had our new deck treated by you as soon as possible after it was built because we were told would never have to do deck maintenance & was quaranteed for 25 years. This was the worst money we ever spent! Deck looks like crap, contacted company once, got no satisfaction.. now the stairs are rotting & broken...will never recommend

A little over 2 years ago I paid Seal Smart $11,000.00 to seal my 1500 square ft. wood deck with a 25 year warranty. I now have parts rotting and dangerous to walk on. Seal Smart informed me that after I pay for having the deck repaired they will come out and re-seal the repaired places. If their seal process worked I wouldn’t have a rotting deck.

Worst everything! Didn’t last even two years, horrible customer service, won’t do anything to remedy or honor their guarantee. I have no idea how they haven’t been sued. I’m a Realtor and I tell everyone not to waste their money.

They came today to take care of our deck. They did a fabulous job! They were good workers, kind and professional. They covered the windows and even our large dog house! They cleaned everything before they left. They suggested how and when to power wash the deck in the future. There was no mess to clean up for us. It is our opinion that they did a great job and we are very happy and satisfied with the results! We would recommend this business!!

THE TEAM THAT CAME TO SEAL MY DECK WAS SO NICE THEY ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING BEFORE LEAVING AND MADE SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH RESULTS. THEY EXPLAINED TO ME HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MY NEW DECK TO KEEP IT LOOKING NEW. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND THEN MY DECK AND THE FRONT OF MY HOUSE LOOKS NEW, SO HAPPY WITH RESULTS

Seal Smart claims their sealant will prevent rot. It will not. Five years after having a 3-year old deck treated, I have dry rot in several posts despite the written promise it would not happen. The warranty is useless as the company will only reapply the sealant which has been shown not to work to the repaired wood I will have paid to replace. There is a word for this. It is called fraud.
