Overall, a very satisfying experience for someone who has been on the fence about a house cleaning service! Despite the challenging circumstances of having other work being done in the home concurrently, the cleaning professionals were flexible and cheerful in their approach and seemed to do their best to work around the inconveniences posed.

I really wanted this to work out. I contacted Scrub N Bubbles beginning of June and arranged a deep clean. I spoke with Jamie on the phone who explained the job and the price range, and I felt strongly that if the clean was everything she said it was going to be, the price was worth it. I then had the walk through completed by a 2nd person. Again, everything told to me was so worth the cost. The clean finally happened, and my husband beat me home that day. I excitedly asked how it looked. He replied that it just looked like him/I cleaned for an hour or two. I scoffed at him; I figured he just wasn't seeing the details. I got home that day and felt so defeated.

I was clear after cleaning #1 on everything that was missed (floors did not look done at all, table legs/chair legs were not done, window sills and window tracks were not done) and overall I just was so not...
