This company is the best! They always remind you the day before they're coming and then they remind you 5 minutes before they're coming on that day. Usually there is a regular worker but if there is a substitute they're always very polite if you happen to go out and say hi. They are quick and efficient and we are so glad to have them. I would have never imagined that "scooping" could be a real business. Let me tell you, it certainly is. If you are tired of doing your own scooping, can never get anybody to share the chore, then you need Scoopology. They are professional, courteous, and thorough. I always get a text 5-15 minutes before they arrive to let me know they're on the way. Then I can get my dogs out of the yard when they get here.
