This is the second service provider we have engaged to pick up our pet waste. The previous one had a name quite similar to this company. In contrast to them, this company is reliable in terms of arriving on the scheduled days and collecting exactly what they promise. We haven't encountered any problems related to overcharging or any other issues. Very thorough. Staff are always polite and friendly. They send out a text before they arrive and always make sure the gate is closed properly when they leave. They take the time to do the job properly and my dogs love them too. Highly recommend!! Read more >

Update: The holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) all fell on my pickup days this year, but Scoopology didn't miss a day! We've been with them for almost a year and would recommend to all pet parents!!!

Original review: I love Scoopology! I was using another pet waste removal service but switched when they couldn't handle our service needs after getting a new puppy. I wanted service 2x per week and Scoopology was able to accomodate. The price is very competitive compared to what I was paying the other company for 1x per week. They send a text before arriving and always show up within the timeframe mentioned. I also appreciate that they bill after the service is performed rather than requiring payment a month in advance.
