I had an insurance claim for my roof to be replaced. I talked to 3 different roofing companies. One never called me back. The second one got me an estimate, told me he could do the work in 3 months but never contacted my insurance adjuster and the 3rd company never gave me what they promised. I found Pally Roofing via a Facebook ad and within minutes someone reached out to me. A few minutes later, Paul called me. Long story short, he arrived at my house a few days later, very prepared. He had already talked to my insurance adjuster. My roof was installed within a week of him visiting. My roof looks great and you couldnt even tell they had been there! They kept in touch with me throughout the whole job. Best experience I could ever ask for and without question I would refer this company to all of my family and friends! Thank you!!!

They were excellent from start to finish. They have amazing workers who are pleasant and respectful of your property. Our roof was done better than before it was constructed. They return phone calls quickly and answer all questions. I would certainly use them again

came and did my roof in the winter,I asked several times is that should be done,I was told they do it all the time...all the shingles buckled.Plus they put holes in my gutter and left behind over 200 nails. They came back out to correct the roof,and put up a new gutter. Roof was fixed right,but thet destroyed the drip edge,put holes all through the facia new gutter,hung the gutter incorrectly,and gut a hole in the gutter apparently with tin snips and attached the downspout to the cut,jagged metal then siliconed their mistakes. I called again and sent them pics of all the damage,and am still waiting to hear back from them. With this kind of amateur work it's no wonder they changed their name from schmuckers roofing...A few more days and we are going to contact the BBB to see what can be done.
