Not only did we have 36 viewings the first day on market. But we had over 8 offers on the house within the first 6 hours of listing. Our house was under contract within the first 24 hours of our listing hitting the market. Extremely smooth process, being active duty military I expect this level of professionalism, precision and expertise. Sarah is amazing! She treats you like family and would give you the shirt off her back if you needed it! She helped my husband and I find our home in 2016 and then sell it in 2020. Buying with her was great and selling even better! She always had our best interests at heart!
