I not only worked with Jim Stephens at Sandler Training but I also went through the program. The communication tools that I learned in the training were invaluable and I've continued to use them throughout both my personal and professional life. I saw first hand the positive affect it had on people that embraced the Sandler concepts as well as the results it produced in their work. What I liked most is that the participants learn not only the 'how to' methods of better communication skills but also the 'whys". In 2008 my families business was looking over the end of the financial cliff and was desperate for business. Fresh out of school I started a sales crusade to save the family business. It didn't take me long to learn how much I didn't know. Selling capital equipment was complex and out of my league. Through divine intervention, possibly anyways, I was referred to Sandler Boise. Jim and Justin Stephens helped me right the ship and help my efforts in saving the family business. The skills I've learned, connections I've made, and habits I've created thanks to Sandler helped me start my own equipment brokering and consulting company and inspired me to start a second resale business. Sales is the number 1 business skill and traditional school doesn't offer anything in terms of value in comparison to what you will gain by training with Jim and Justin.
