I came into SD Health and Wellness to have a general check up done, and little did I know that I had some issues with my spine alignment. In just about 2 1/2 months now Dr. Jeremy von Buelow has improved dramatically my posture and he has been incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process.

What can I say about this place??? Simply amazing! I have never been to a chiropractor before, I had heard so many different stories about chiropractic. I walked in having no idea what to expect. I was desperate. I have been suffering from neck pain, low back pain and migraines for so many years not to say every kind of stomach issues as well. I met Dr. von Buelow and let me tell you, he got to the bottom of everything and explained it so thoroughly as I have never heard it before. So 6 months later, I am pain free with migraines and stomach issues decreased to 90% and when i get one it is 90% less severe. Dr von Buelow always states it is a process rather than just an event and true correction takes time so just be patient. I am so glad I chose to come here and disappointed that I didn't do this years ago.

I was suffering from back pains, and I was shopping around on groups and found a great deal on a massage and chiropractic exam. I initially bought two from two different places. The first place couldn't get me in for a couple of month, but the Health and Wellness center was able to see me the same week. After getting a description of what was going on, they suggested doing an X-Ray. Watched a video while waiting for the doc, then Jeremy von Buelow went over my X-Ray. I recall just looking at them hurt. So there it was, scoliosis. Jeremy gave me hope and said this is correctable with treatment. Gave several treatment options, and discounts for paying up front, and other discounts for their massage therapy. There isn't much of a wait, and I usually can go on my breaks from work, which is less than a mile away, and make it back on time.

I've had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Jeremy's for just over 2 years and have enjoyed it since day one. I dealt with an injury shortly after graduating high school that left me with chronic pain in my lower back. After many years of dealing with the nuisance of daily pain, I was referred to Dr. Jeremy through a dear friend and co-worker. I knew he was the best fit from the start. His ability to provide an incredible patient experience is second to none and I would recommend his services to anyone; especially those who value 5-star service and treatment. Dr Jeremy is great! Myself, my girlfriend and my mom all see him. He's great with addressing back problems, neck problems etc.

I have been going to Dr Jeremy a short time ago, and I'm getting better day by day. And I believe that starting my day with such an energetic and enthusiastic chiropractor like Dr Jeremy is just a great thing to do. He's always knowledgeable and friendly!!

From treating my scoliosis to restoring my back to full mobility after a car accident, Dr. Jeremy's adjustments were the loving touch my spine needed.

I never really thought much about going to a Chiropractor, but Dr Jeremy really educated me and did a test which showed that my body is in pain. Well, the pain is in my shoulders, but really it is in more areas but the shoulder pain overrides the other pains. So from this day forward I will start taking better care of myself by getting regular adjustments. I always knew that I should have gone to a Chiropractor sooner, but my busy schedule always was the excuse for not going to one. Thanks to Groupon, I came out of comatose. I thank you, Dr Jeremy, for educating me and thank you Katie, for being a great receptionist(Always smiling).
