Come here once a month to keep my back in shape. Dr. Bosler is very attentive and gives home exercises to keep things from progressively getting worse.

Doctor Jeremy rocks! He is sensitive, accurate and just plain good. Highly recommended for active people and athletes. Weekend warriors, you know. Whether I've pulled something or am tight, or just need to release all that tension, I always leave feeling like a million bucks. Plus he's easy to pick on. That's worth a star in itself.

I had been having some numbness in my fingers after years of computer work, due to the loss of the proper curvature of my spine. Dr. Jeremy got me on a treatment plan that has eliminated the numbness, and on a path to restoring the proper curve of my spine. The exercises prescribed were easy to perform, and have really helped with my back health. I travel a little for treatment, but always have a good experience from the staff, to ease of check in, and I never have trouble parking. Feel better then you have in years!

I typically don't write reviews. However, I've been dealing with neck issues for several years and have visited numerous chiropractors in San Diego. As someone who has done extensive "field research", I can definitively say that San Diego Health and Wellness Centers has the best chiropractors in town. Dr. Jeremy is friendly, knowledgable, and made my neck feel better than it has in recent memory. He has truly improved the quality of my life!
