Been coming here for the past couple of weeks and its been life changing! Dr. Jeremy has helped me recover from severe lower back pain and is currently helping me with neck and head pains. I feel like I am treated like family from the front desk to the back. I plan on continuing to come here as long as I need to! Highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a great Chiropractor you can TRUST!

I have been coming to San Diego Health and Wellness Center for 5 weeks now and regret not coming in sooner! The office is close to where I live in Kearny Mesa and is so convenient. I came in with unrelenting chronic back pain for over 5 years. The pain is finally gone and we are on the road to correcting the underlying problem with my spine. The scheduling could not have been easier nor the receptionist upon check in more welcoming. I have been to about 5 Chiropractors in San Diego so far and Dr. Jeremy surpasses all of them. He explains everything and it makes so much more sense to me now. Estrella gives the best massage in San Diego as well. This Place is 5 Stars Awesome!

Several years back, I was suffering from horrendous back pain that was interfering with work and everything else in my life (I guess motorcycle accidents can do that). Anyway, I was referred to numerous doctors who were unable to determine the problem and had been on a number of different and nasty pain killers that really did nothing to help. An acupuncturist and a chiropractor near my house also were unable to find the cause and help, so I was getting rather depressed that the pain would end up being something I would just have to learn to live with. Then, one day, I got a Groupon email for a free massage with consult from a chiropractic office near where I work. I didn't expect much from the consult, but figured the massage couldn't hurt, and had been wanting to see if it would help. When I went in, the staff was amazing, and Dr. J. was extremely friendly, thorough, and honest...

I hate to even tell anyone because I don't want his schedule fuller than it already is....but Dr. Jeremy is the best chiropractor I've ever encountered in my life. I hurt my neck body surfing and was in pain for weeks with no relief. I finally was referred to Dr. Jeremy by a close friend and I am 100% again! I'm so glad I came in and it's true that everything happens for a reason.

Been going to San Diego Health and Wellness Center for a few months now. Dr. Jeremy is awesome and the staff is super helpful. I have had back and neck issues since my military days. Always available to help out his patience. I can't say enough great things about him and his staff.

If you need a chiropractor I would highly suggest using his services, you won't be disappointed!

I have been going to Dr. Jeremy for several years. He is a skilled and competent chiropractor. I have had chronic neck and back pain for years. I couldn't do the exercises or yoga moves to help myself until Dr, Jeremy got me loosened up and moving again. I'm now on pain management with monthly visits. He also has a great bedside manner and I look forward to our visits.

15 years of chronic pain and limited movement. I decided to get my BS from SDSU in Geology. It requires a lot of field work and found out really quickly that it was exceedingly painful for me to be out there. Especially the steep hikes. I finally had enough and after multiple doctors told me that if I didn't do something, I would end up on the surgery table with vertebrae fusion. I did NOT want that. I was talking to a close friend and he highly recommended Dr. J. I have been skeptical of chiropractors for a long time. After listening to Dr.J and what he and his office is all about, I decided to give him a try. After 4+ months of adjustments and massage therapy I made it from Scripps beach to my car parked in Birch parking lot. That is a really steep hike. I made it with no pain and no pauses. I highly recommend Dr.J.

I came to Dr with persistent back pain ranging from neck to mid back to lumbar spine. I had been in pain a couple of months and quit playing any sports for the first time in my adult life. Then after a long road trip, I was in pain no matter what position I was in, or what I was doing. I found no relief. Finally went in to see Dr. J.

3 months into my treatment, complete with adjustments and customized exercise and stretching home exercise plans, I am back to soccer and ran a tough mudder just a few weeks after meeting Dr. J. My treatment is not yet complete, but I am definitely not in pain daily or even weekly anymore, and I am confident that by the end of treatment I will have better posture and a completely pain-free spine.

And just as a bonus: Dr J has gone out of his way to get to know my condition, schedule, lifestyle, and even me as a person. I feel...

I used to suffer from constant migraine headaches that were triggered from neck and upper back tension. Since I have been maintaining regular adjustments and massages every two weeks at San Diego Health & Wellness, the tension is greatly reduced, and I no longer get migraines. They are friendly, flexible, and listen to my particular needs in order to provide the best treatment plan. Great adjustments, and great massages!
