I am a registered dental assistant and I suffer from a chronic low back pain. I experience joint pain, fatigue, muscle aches, and intermittently through the past several months terrible leg pain.

Most recently, I was faced with frozen shoulder so badly that the only option was surgery. Being against surgery and most of the toxic medication they prescribe, I went to Dr. Jeremy for help. He told me rehabilitation would be a painful process but he could get my shoulder working again. The medical doctor assigned to my case snubbed his nose because mobility and range-of-motion was so limited he assured me that I would be back for surgery. Well, Dr. Jeremy was right. He worked tirelessly, often through my tears of pain, that over a period of months I began to get my range-of-motion back.

I am happy to report that I am 100% recovered with little residual. I did go...

Dr. J and the staff are very friendly. More importantly, he's been able to help ease my lower back pain. And anytime my neck is tweaked, Dr. J always offers a thorough adjustment to help fix the problem. I highly recommend!

After years of back and neck pain, I finally decided to see a chiro. Dr. Jeremy is wonderful. He has been trying different techniques that work best for my issues. I have a good understanding of what to expect when i walk into his office, and am always greeted cheerfully!

Dr. Jeremy is a true healer. My journey of healing began about a year ago when I woke up one morning with a numb right hand that continued for about a week. This was scared me, since I am in my 30s, and everyone was advising me to see a neurosurgeon. I knew that their ultimate response would be some surgery to "fix" something, and before I went that route, I wanted to try all non-surgical alternative first.

A friend of mine in the medical profession recommended I try San Diego Health and Wellness Centers. I was in a lot of pain, and Dr. Jremy took x-rays and did some mechanical diagnosis of my symptoms. He explained to me that I had moderate to severe disk compression in my neck, with lots of scar tissue, indicative of several major traumas. He explained that my neck had been crooked for many years and that this caused my body to change its alignment to balance...

I got into a car accident so my husband and I was pretty beat up so we found this place on yelp. I love coming here everyone here is so Friendly and professional.

I highly recommend Dr. Jeremy for anyone who is looking for a talented chiropractor. He is just simply amazing. The first time I was there I'm not going lie I was kind of scared and didn't know what to expect knowing that someone will crack my neck but as soon as I told him that this is my first time he made me feel right at home by educating me of how it all works. He is really knowledgeable about what he is doing and very passionate. Because of Dr. Jeremy my husband and I chose this place to go weekly to get adjusted from our car accident. Every time we walk out we feel better each time!!

Have been here alot and the adjustments are great. Always in and out quickly while dr. J listens to what is going with my neck and back and suggests to try different stretches. Always reminds me to use the neck roll and try to attend the stretch class that he does once a week or so.

Dr Jeremy is awesome and so is Judy at the front desk. The massages are awesome!
