My experience with Sally's Maid Service might just be one of the most impressive customer service turn-around stories ever. We hired Sally's for a deep clean of our home prior to putting it on the market. When her team left, my expectations for the deep clean weren't met. I spoke with Sally's; they listened, they apologized and responded with action. Their level of expectation for themselves and their work was above and beyond my own and they honestly outdid themselves in their pursuit of excellence.
