My experience with Sally's Maid Service might just be one of the most impressive customer service turn-around stories ever. We hired Sally's for a deep clean of our home prior to putting it on the market. When her team left, my expectations for the deep clean weren't met. I spoke with Sally's; they listened, they apologized and responded with action.
