Today's appointment went very well. The tech was polite and timely. And asked to make sure the gates were open to access the back. I brought the cat into the house from the screened porch, and he proceeded to do the treatment.

Today's appointment went very well. The tech was polite and timely. And asked to make sure the gates were open to access the back. I brought the cat into the house from the screened porch, and he proceeded to do the treatment.

My technician, Nezar, was very attentive and helpful explaining what might be the cause of some pest droppings that have been left near my garage. Although he did not treat the area in question, because the pest had already seemed to have moved on, he did tell me what steps to take to prevent their return and how to destroy their nest.

Sage does a fantastic job with our home pest control. They are extremely thorough in and around our single family home. Our home was built in the 1930s and with that comes some interesting issues. I feel completely confident in Sage keeping us protected from pests. We have dogs and a baby and feel very safe using Sage. Our technician Andy is so friendly and professional. He makes sure to get every nook and cranny and thoroughly assesses our home. I highly recommend Andy and Sage Pest Control.

The customer service representative on the phone who sold me the pest control was very helpful and knowledgeable. The day of service they were on time however my technician had closing on that were very disheveled along with food all over his mouth and drooling on one side of his face(no medical issues were noted nor did he have any type of health alert on him i.e. bracelet or necklace. this was my first service with this company therefore I requested inside and outside service. He sprayed chemicals in the house I asked him before the spray if it would stain or leave any type of residue on my hardwood floors. The technicians response was no it’s clear and there will be no residue or staining. it has now been three weeks and they have returned once to re-spray the outside and...

First, Nezar, the technician was polite, efficient, listened carefully to my concerns and made sure I knew what he would do to address them. He was thorough and careful in applying the control product, especially in light of my having advised him about my toddler granddaughter’s frequent visits. I hope he continues to service my residence.

Secondly, when I had to contact Sage early this morning about a change in my schedule today, a representative texted me promptly and let me know they received my voice message. They followed up with an expected time of service which greatly helped me structure the rest of my day.

Kudos to Sage and to Nazer!
